On December 22, Oleksandr SHUBIN Executive Secretary Federation of Transport Trade Unions of Ukraine, participated in and presented the position of trade unions and workers at the IV Forum on Labor Law of the Ukrainian Bar Association.
During the event, participants discussed key changes in labor legislation, practical aspects of labor relations, and current court practice. In this context, particular attention was paid to the draft Labor Code of Ukraine as a basic document that should determine the further development of labor relations.
