OUR MISSION
We were created to unite efforts in protecting the labour rights and socio-economic interests of transport workers in Ukraine.
We form a united voice that can influence the decisions that determine the working conditions, remuneration, safety and welfare of railway transport workers and transport builders, maritime, road transport and road construction workers, aviation workers, radar, radio navigation and communication workers and pilots.
We strive to ensure that every employee feels supported and has access to legal, educational and solidarity assistance.
OUR VISION
We see Ukraine as a state of social justice, where every employee is equal:
- has decent pay for his work,
- works in a safe environment,
- enjoy the protection of their rights,
- participates in important decision-making through strong trade unions.
The Federation is a progressive, powerful, democratic organisation that not only protects but also develops the trade union movement, making it active and open to new generations.
OUR OBJECTIVES
Representation of interests
We actively represent the interests of transport operators in negotiations with state and local authorities, employers and international organisations.
Promoting social dialogue
We support the creation of an effective system of partnership between the state, employers and trade unions. This is the key to balanced solutions in the labour sector.
Legal awareness and motivation
We raise employees' awareness of their rights and opportunities for trade union protection and motivate them to participate in the trade union movement.
Development of trade union education
We organise training programmes, seminars and workshops to ensure that trade union leaders and activists have the up-to-date knowledge, skills and tools to effectively protect people.

We are looking for and implementing new forms and methods of trade union activities: from digital services to legal campaigns and strategic partnerships.
OUR PRIORITIES
Protection of labour rights
We oppose all forms of discrimination, abuse and violations of labour laws. We support trade union organisations in collective bargaining, legal disputes and monitoring of rights.
Trade union solidarity
We support our members in the most difficult moments. Solidarity is our strength. Together we can do more.
Transparency and development
The Federation operates in an open and responsible manner. We are constantly improving our structure, approaches and management processes.
Educational initiatives
Training, development, experience exchange - all this creates a strong, modern trade union environment.
Legislative activity
We take an active part in shaping laws that protect labour, dignity and human rights. We are the voice of employees in the Verkhovna Rada, the Government and other state structures.
